Keeping the benefits you know and love
While we are thrilled for all the ways ProPartner Accountants expands upon the ProAdvisor Program, we are committed to keeping the foundational value you depend on today.
That includes maintaining the core benefits that anchor your practice: ProPartner firms will continue to receive the 30% Preferred Pricing for QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Workforce, and QuickBooks Bill Pay, as well as the direct-pay discount for clients during their first 12 months.
ProPartner Accountants also continues to provide access to best-in-class software to manage your firm’s books, including access to: QuickBooks Online Advanced, Bill Pay Elite, and Workforce Elite.
And of course, our training and certifications remain central to our mission and available to all ProPartners.
Preview your firm's projected tier
You don't have to wait until launch to see where your firm stands. Inside Intuit Accountant Suite, you can view your projected tier, along with suggested actions to maximize your standing before launch. In many cases, your launch tier will be based on your projected tier, the tier calculated from your points earned between August 1, 2025 and July 31, 2026. However, points you earn between August 1, 2026 and the launch of ProPartner Accountants in early 2027 will also be considered and can help you work towards unlocking a higher tier. ProPartner Accountants is integrated directly into Intuit Accountant Suite Core, your foundation for driving operational efficiency. Upper tier partners will also get free access to Intuit Accountant Suite Accelerate, adding deeper intelligence across your client base.
Intuit Accountant Suite Accelerate was designed to help firms scale advisory services with anomaly detection, client insights dashboards, and cross-client visibility. It goes beyond managing workloads; it surfaces risks and opportunities before you go looking for them.
Fuel growth with extended revenue share
Investing in our partners means more than just saving you time—it means sharing in the upside of the growth you create. To prove that commitment, we are expanding the duration of revenue sharing for US partners, from 12 months to three years for QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Workforce. As your firm advances through the tiers, your revenue share grows with you, from 10 up to 25%*. In addition, we’re introducing a 3-year revenue share program for Intuit Enterprise Suite.

We will actively match customers to certified ProPartners based on your firm’s focus, delivering warm, high-intent leads who understand your value before the first phone call. In return, those businesses get accountants and advisors ready to help them navigate their finances with confidence.

How to get started with Intuit ProPartner Accountants
The ProAdvisor Program remains your program of record until ProPartner Accountants launch in early 2027. But taking a few steps now positions your firm well for the transition.
Your readiness checklist
We recommend taking these three foundational steps now:
Switch to Intuit Accountant Suite: ProPartner Accountants is seamlessly integrated within Intuit Accountant Suite and you are required to switch to gain access. Your primary admin can easily switch QuickBooks Online Accountant to Intuit Accountant Suite from the firm tab in billing and subscriptions, or create a new account on our website.
Get certified: To receive a tier higher than the member tier, at least one person in your firm must be actively certified on either: QuickBooks Online Level 1, QuickBooks Online Level 2, QuickBooks Workforce, or Intuit Enterprise Suite.
Consolidate consoles: To maximize the value of the program, put a plan in place to consolidate consoles, if your firm has multiple consoles). This ensures that your Projected Tier in Fall 2026 accurately reflects the full scale and value of your book of business.
