Hey there fellow QBO users. I wanted to take a moment to share some updates and changes that are coming our way in the realm of bill payment integrations.
Check out this video, if you want to listen in.
Discontinuation of Integrations
You might have heard about Bill Pay powered by BILL and Bill Pay powered by Melio Here's the scoop on what's cooking on Sept. 19, 2023, we'll be bidding adieu to the integration of Bill Pay powered by BILL and Bill Pay powered by Melio within QuickBooks.
But fret not. These solutions are not going away, they will just be accessed in a separate browser.
From Aug. 7-Sept. 19, you and your clients will be receiving some informative emails from Intuit. These messages will help you wrap your heads around this change and introduce you to the cool alternative bill pay solutions.
There will be a new fully integrated Intuit solution known as QuickBooks Bill Pay.
What is QuickBooks Bill Pay?
Now, let's talk about QuickBooks Bill Pay—It offers expert support and flexible pricing plans and there is no subscription fee. You can also choose from optional paid plans to get more included standard ACH transactions per month, custom bill approval workflows, and roles and permissions to empower your team.
Next Steps
We all kind of win on this one. But I did want to make sure that everybody knows all those emails that you have seen your clients have seen too. So, make sure that you are checking in with them, so that way they are not feeling some anxiety about their AP solution going away.
They still are two different options, both great and viable.
I'll keep you posted on more stuff that keeps happening in QuickBooks.
See you in a few weeks.
