What is the future of QuickBooks? I am about to issue some 'looking forward' predictions based on recent Intuit published content from their 2024 Year-end Financials Report to Shareholders and last week's press release concerning "Intuit Enterprise Suite."
All in all, the questions surrounding QuickBooks boil down to five:
- Will there even be a QuickBooks Desktop 2025?
- Will there continue to be QuickBooks Desktop after September 30, 2025?
- What is the future of QuickBooks Online?
- Is Intuit going to release an all-in-one cloud solution by 'bundling' products together?*
- What alternatives exist for QuickBooks Desktop and Online users?
Please note * that when I developed this webinar, Intuit had not formally released the news concerning "Intuit Enterprise Suite," their new 'all-in-one cloud solution consisting of bundled products.' I had not anticipated they would announce it a week before this webinar; I was expecting its announcement seven to ten days after it. "I guess they tried to rain on my parade???"
Still the same, I have adjusted the webinar content to more closely look at what the release of this product means relative to the QuickBooks product-line (Desktop and Online).
I think you will be surprised by many of my conclusions, especially because many people were surprised by the announcement concerning Intuit Enterprise Suite despite the fact that I foretold of its coming in last Monday's QuickBooks Monday Minute.
I invite you to join me for September's QB Talks, which will be part of Insightful Accountant's Future Forward Event. You can register separately if you are not already registered. You are NOT required to register for all Future Forward sessions, although I encourage you to look at the many informative sessions offered.
