You soon may be asked by your clients about new messages showing up in QuickBooks Desktop regardless of the version they are using. It just happens the new messages began appearing Sept. 20, 2022—the same date as the general release of the QuickBooks Desktop 2023 Product Line-up.
The new messages are about personalized setup Intuit is offering users who wish to migrate from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.

One of the messages (shown above) encompasses a short video explaining that Desktop users have the option to schedule an appointment for a one hour call where Intuit Support will:
- Review the client's migration process
- Show them QuickBooks Online (explaining the differences between QBD and QBO)
- Help the client understand the daily workflows of QBO versus QBD
Another message is simply a displayed message (shown below) with a link to schedule the appointment.

Since the messaging was scheduled to start Sept. 20, some of your clients may have already seen these notifications inside their QuickBooks Desktop versions.
We here at Insightful Accountant felt you should have an awareness of the messages in case you were asked about them by your clients.
