By July, the majority of subscribers to QuickBooks Online will be able to add and assign roles to QBO Users through a new experience that makes it simpler and clearer using a single page view for access management.
With the enhanced feature, you will not need to click through multiple steps to manage users because everything you need will be on a single page.
The new page provides a summary of each role and the access it provides. It also gives you the ability to identify details on each level of access.
The new interface should make it easier to add details for team members, select and assign roles and invite them to use QuickBooks.

QuickBooks Online Advanced subscribers also will be able to customize roles more efficiently from a grid view defining the level of access for each feature selected.
Transition to this new experience already has begun with QBO Advanced subscribers in the US making use of the new functionalities.
QBO Plus and Essential subscribers in the US—along with QBO Advanced, Plus and Essentials subscribers outside the US—should see the new experience by the end of July 2023.
