Very exciting news. We have a brand-new AI tool that's built into QuickBooks. It's in beta right now and the name is Intuit Assist. Why Intuit? Because it is not just actually available inside of QuickBooks, you can do more with it.
Check out the video HERE.
What is Intuit Assist
Intuit Assist, a new generative AI (GenAI)-powered assistant that will provide personalized, intelligent recommendations to help consumer and small business customers make smart financial decisions.
Creative use cases
If you are somebody who is in QuickBooks and you want to ask traditional questions about financials, “How am I doing?” “What's my cash flow?” “What do my current expenses look like?” etc. There actually is a prompt inside of QuickBooks that's going to ask you, maybe this is the next question that you want to ask. “Who's your top expenses?”
Another thing that you can ask is you can have it available in your mobile app. You can ask AI Assist, “Can you help me find a credit card?” And because of the direct connection that Intuit Assist has with QuickBooks, it is going to be able to pull your financial information and apply it for you.
MailChimp Integration
The other thing that this new Intuit Assist can do is because of the MailChimp integration, it actually is going to allow you to be able to create a campaign inside of MailChimp. You can go in there and use AI to change the colors and the backgrounds to help you with wording and logos, and all of those kinds of placements to make a really pretty campaign.
But then you can say, can you look at my recent customers inside of QuickBooks, pull all of those over, send this new campaign to them, and it can do it instantaneously because it's connected to your QuickBooks.
It is in beta right now so, with all of the stuff that's being rolled out, there has to be more to come. Intuit Assist inside of QuickBooks is going to help so many of us.
