Since our early series on the 2020 QuickBooks Desktop features there have been several feature updates and enhancements released. Here are some of those in review.
Combine Payment Reminders to Customers in One Email
Beginning with the R3 release update to the 2020 QuickBooks Desktop versions Users have the capability to combine reminder emails to a customer. This feature is available for both HTML or Plain-text email preferences as selected by the user.

Payment Reminder Schedule Prompts
Initially the 2020 Desktop Products would display a prompt daily if Users had reminders to send out on a given day so long as they had already set-up reminders.
Users were previously limited in their scheduling abilities for Payment Reminders.

A subsequent enhancement to the Payment Reminder Scheduling Prompt feature is the ability to for users to set an option for ‘day of the week’ or ‘day of the month’ to see Payment Reminder prompts on a weekly/monthly basis.
Users are now able to schedule seeing the message prompt to review and send reminders on a weekly/monthly basis.

It's always nice to see Intuit expand and enhance even 'new' features in the Desktop product, especially when those enhancements are a direct result of the feedback they garner from Users in the pre-release and early release versions. The QuickBooks Desktop teams have worked overtime this year in bringing out improvements and fixes for the product line-up, thanks Intuit!
