Customer Group Reporting and Emails
In QuickBooks Desktop Mac Plus 2023, you can create Customer Groups to run reports or send emails to multiple related customers.
Customer Groups
You can set up Customer Groups based on a wide variety of criteria. For example, you could set up a customer group with high open balances (like more than $5,000) and use that group for either reporting or emailing.

Filter Reports by Customer Groups
You can filter a report by any Group Name you create. First, select the Filters tab in the Reporting Window. Check the Show All box. Search for the Name filter. Place a checkmark next to it and then use the drop-down to locate the Customer Group name you wish to filter by.
In this example, we select the high open balances customer group we created above.
