QuickBooks Online Advanced continues to roll-out features and enhancements to meet the needs of both their accountants and mid-market users. One of the latest is in the area of 'graphical display' of QuickBooks data.
Back in January, Insightful Accountant told you during our QB Talks: Quarterly QBO Update (and a subsequent article) that you should expect to see new reporting 'Dashboards' coming to QuickBooks Advanced in the near future. We had reason to believe that this future dashboard reporting would allow you to slice-and-dice data so that you could easily see the KPIs that mattered most to you and your clients. Well folks, the new feature has arrived for QuickBooks Advanced.
Custom Chart Builder is here! It gives QBO-Advanced subscribers the ability to customize a graph or filter in anyway to meet their needs. It also gives them the ability to compare business performance details.

The new Custom Chart Builder feature gives Accountants tools to increase their advisory services by creating customized KPI dashboards that allow them to visualize data for their clients. The new tool also empowers an Accountant's mid-market clients using QBO-Advanced to make better-informed and faster business-critical decisions by means of the data that is most important to them and most representative of their business.
