With QuickBooks Online Payroll, you can create a packet of different payroll reports in an Excel file, with each report in a different spreadsheet tab. You can also consolidate multiple pay periods into those reports for up to six (6) months.
Whether you want a variety of reports for a single pay period, the entire month, the current quarter, the last quarter, or a full 6-months worth of pay periods, the ability to produce these client-ready payroll reports allows you to easily update your clients on their payroll history.
While you could previously create a packet of different payroll reports for your clients, until recently, you were limited to the most current payroll period. Now, you can create a package of several payroll reports using a date range that includes up to six months of payroll periods.
