Someone wrote in asking, “How do I remove an app from my QBO?”
Actually, removing an app from QuickBooks Online is much simpler than signing up or connecting to a new app the very first time. That’s because the connection process can change from one app to another.
But when it comes disconnecting or removing an app from your QBO, the steps remain the same regardless of the app in question.
To disconnect/remove an app from QBO, follow these steps:
Step 1 – Log in to QuickBooks Online: If you have multiple QuickBooks Online companies set up, make sure you access the specific company you have associated with the app you wish to disconnect/remove.

Step 2 – Select Apps from the left-hand navigation bar.

Step 3 – Click My Apps at the top of the Apps page that QBO displays. This page will list all of the apps for your QBO company. If you have no active app connections for this specific QBO Company, a message reading, "You have not enabled any connections for this company" will be displayed.

Step 4 – Click Disconnect in the listed menu options of the app you'd like to disconnect/remove.

It’s that simple.
QuickBooks does the rest of the behind the scenes work, including disconnecting/removing the authorization for the app to gain access to your data. The app will also be removed from your My Apps page.
You should consult with the app developer regarding issues associated with your subscription cancellation and billing matters.
