Starting February 13, 2025, Intuit will change the rates of QuickBooks Desktop ACH Payments so they can keep innovating and improving their products to meet the needs of small businesses.
As of February 13, QuickBooks Desktop merchant account holders will experience changes to:
Pricing:
- The new QuickBooks Desktop Payments ACH Bank Transfer rates will be 1% with a cap of $15.00.
- This means that for transactions below $1,500, merchants will pay a 1% fee.
- For example, merchants will be a $2.00 ACH fee for a $200.00 transactions.
- For transactions over $1,500, merchants will pay a $15.00 flat fee per transaction.
Faster Deposits:
- Merchant ACH Bank Transfer transactions will now be deposited the next business day*.
- This means merchants processing customer payments before 3:00 PM Pacific-time will see the payment in their bank account the next business day.
Other Charges:
- There are no other merchant rate changes.
- There are no changes to 'payment card' rates.
Other Details:
- Merchants are not required to take any action related to this Intuit QuickBooks notification.
- The pricing changes and faster deposits will occur automatically starting February 13, 2025.
