App Aware: AdvancePro Now Connects to QuickBooks Online

AdvancePro is an Operations Management Solution offering inventory and order management for small to mid-sized Distribution and Manufacturing businesses.  Until recently, AdvancePro has integrated only with QuickBooks Desktop products, not QuickBooks Online.  Now AdvancePro is offering a cloud-based solution designed to work with QuickBooks Online.

In order to achieve an approved listing on the Intuit App Center, AdvancePro passed a comprehensive technical and security review, and proved the performance of its QuickBooks integration. 

Working together with QuickBooks Online as your accounting module, AdvancePro can intelligently track and manage all of your business operations. AdvancePro can even integrate with your E-commerce, EDI (B2B), and shipping platforms to give you a central 'point of control' for every aspect of your operations. 

Integrating AdvancePro with QuickBooks Online is simple. The first step is to authorize the connection using the OAuth2 process identical to every other App connecting with QBO.

Once AdvancePro is connected to QBO all of your products, customers and vendors will be synced from QuickBooks Online.  You will have the option to configure a default set of QBO accounts for use by AdvancePro; you can even configure different accounts for different product categories, if needed.

Now that AdvancePro and QBO are 'playing nice' together, you will be using AdvancePro to manage all aspects of your business including:

  • customer relations and sales;
  • purchasing, inventory and warehouse management,
  • and manufacturing, if appropriate.  

You will even be able to use the recently implemented AdvancePro 'on the go' mobile App to manage your inventory, warehouse and sales needs.

All (sales, inventory, purchasing, and other) transactions recorded in AdvancePro will update to QuickBooks Online at the full item detail level on the next 'sync' to QBO.
