We developed Advisor Alliance as a way to make you aware of opportunities that exist with these developers to help you gain more business, improve your business performance as it relates to their product(s), and to essentially earn more money through a working relationship with these developers.
In some cases, these programs offer an expansion of your existing relationship with the App or software you already know and use, in other cases these program offerings may represent an entirely new opportunity to expand beyond your current comfort level and scope of business and reach out into new markets and expand your practice toward new horizons.
Many ProAdvisors already know, use and recommend Divvy. Divvy is a free platform that consolidates the financial tech stack and brings about real-time spend visibility and control, making a host of processes easier for both the firm and clients. But even though you have used or recommended Divvy in the past to your clients, you might not have known that there was a partnership offering available to you via Divvy that made it an even better opportunity for both you and your clients.
The Divvy Referral Partner Program enables accounting firms to give their clients Divvy for free and earn revenue sharing from their activity. With no cost or commitment of any kind, accounting firms across the U.S. are joining the Divvy Referral Partner Program to save them and their clients time and money, all while building an additional revenue source. Every time an accountant’s client spends using Divvy, the merchant pays an interchange fee which is shared with Divvy. Members of the Divvy Referral Partner Program will receive a portion of that interchange fee for any of their client’s spending activity.
The Divvy Referral Partner Program is both a referral and lead generation program depending on how you decide to pursue it, especially given that Divvy has a full partner success team at your disposal. For each referral that uses (spends) with Divvy, the Referral Partner making the referral will receive a revenue-sharing from Divvy on the referral's spend activity. There are several different compensation forms from which the Referral Partner may select.
In terms of preparation for the Partner Program, there is no formal certification process required; however, Divvy has an entire Partner Success team that works on an ongoing basis with partners to help them get up-to-speed. Divvy encourages Partners to use Divvy for their own businesses (totally free, of course) so they become as familiar with the software as possible, but Divvy also has an entire process for helping set-up client referrals made to Divvy. In short, the Divvy's partner team is helping their Referral Partners at every touch point with their referrals to ensure success.
