Did you know that eTreem has a 'partner program'?
eTreem is a payment solution that works with QuickBooks Online. Designed for businesses of all sizes, eTreem seamlessly integrates with QBO in just a few minutes. Because of their tight integration, your customer, invoice, and payment data will automatically synchronize with total security and improved accuracy.
eTreem's streamlined process will automatically apply payments to your QBO invoices and simplify your reconciliation process. Their 'Click-to-Pay' link is embedded into invoices and payment reminders, which supports flexible funding for your customers and improved cash flow for you.
But just as eTreem provides a wealth of benefits as a payment solution, their Partner Program also affords a variety of benefits, which we will look at in just a moment.
Essentially, eTreem Partner Program members are lead generators. They provide referrals of their qualified clients to eTreem. eTreem then arranges an initial meeting with the referrals and the Partner to demonstrate the solution. The referral can evaluate and sign up to use eTreem during or after that meeting, and if they do so, the Partner is incentivized for their referral.
But the eTreem Partner Program is more than just a lead generator; it's an opportunity for you as an Accountant, Bookkeeper, Consultant, or ProAdvisor to strengthen your existing client relationships and build new ones. With eTreem, you can offer your clients an alternative payment solution to "those other guys," typically at a lower cost. If you don't think that will help you strengthen your client relationships and build new ones, what will?
At the same time, your existing and new clients can improve their accounts receivable process, increase their efficiency within AR, enhance their AR functionality beyond that which their current processor offers, and improve their cash flow through streamlined collections.
A second benefit of the eTreem Partner Program is the ability to enhance your 'value-added consulting' services. eTreem doesn't suggest that you recruit clients to change their payment processing simply for the sake of changing, although some clients using 'those other guys' are ready to pull their hair out over this new fee, this payment rate increase, and this or that new processing problem. Rather, eTreem gives you 'as a trusted advisor' a new opportunity to meet your client's needs with a cost-effective, generally lower-cost solution that provides a better feature set than their existing payment provider.
A third benefit of the eTreem Partner Program is that it allows you to improve your cash flow. With the program's monetary incentives, you could substantially improve your bottom line by offering a payment processing alternative to your clients.
Speaking of monetary incentives, let's go ahead and affirm the fourth benefit of the eTreem Partner Program, which is its commission structure. You can earn commissions of up to $500 for qualified referrals to eTreem. A qualified referral is a Partner's client whom the Partner introduces to eTreem and who agrees to a solution evaluation meeting.
But that's not all; a Partner also receives commissions for any referral that becomes an active eTreem user. A Partner's earned commissions will vary based on the processing dollar volume of the new customer. For example, if an eTreem user has a $2-million processed volume, the Partner will earn a commission of $833.
And if that wasn't enough, eTreem provides Partners with marketing support designed to help them 'get the word out' about this alternative to "those other guys" that most QuickBooks users have as a payments processor.
The eTreem Partner Program affords you not only an opportunity to grow your practice by helping clients simplify their accounts receivable while reducing the cost of their inbound payments but also the opportunity to benefit from the incentives the program offers.
