Not only do you save time, but you improve the accuracy of the information gathered because the client fills it in giving less likelihood of a misspelled name. When Clio Grow and Clio Manage are properly connected, the information will flow smoothly over, and it will be added to your Clio Manage Calendar. The appointment can be synched to your Google or Outlook calendar.

If a client needs to reschedule or cancel, the confirmation email provides a link for them to use, further simplifying the process. The firm members can setup what appointment types are available and when they are available.
There are other solutions for allowing clients and prospects to view calendar and book appointments, Calendly for example. However, Clio Scheduler is a more complete solution with its automated reminders and integration into Clio. For anyone thinking about Clio this feature really adds value.
