We probably shouldn't have included InView in an 'APP AWARE' article since this isn't an App that you actually download, but it's so neat if you want to track your QBO invoices and bills on your calendar, I needed to bring it to your attention.

By connecting your QuickBooks account to InView, your invoices and bills are added to an iCal feed for you and your team to subscribe to.

Whether you use a calendar from Apple, Google or Microsoft, you will have a visual insight into which invoices are owed or bills you need to pay — all from your computer or mobile devices. 

InView brings your invoices and bills straight to your calendar or Slack. After synchronizing your QuickBooks invoices and bills, the due dates will be associated with your calendar(s) and you will get alerts of invoices due each day. There are even 'links' back to QuickBooks straight from your calendar and easy to read icons for each invoice/bill so you know know what their status is right from your calendar.
