There seems to be a growing number of reported instances of QuickBooks 2016 and 2017 crashing when users try to email PDF documents from QuickBooks via Outlook. This seems to have begun after the users of Outlook started updating to version 1609 (Build 7369.2038) or higher.
The problem appears to be happening on Windows 7 and Windows 10 (64-bit) computers (with full updates) and Office (32-bit) versions of Outlook.
