Clio 'Grow' Launching in Early 2019
Clio has acquired Lexicata, bringing together the leader in legal practice management with the leader in client intake and client relationship management (CRM). The acquisition is a defining moment in their vision to provide an entirely client-centered and firm-focused product suite, which will see Lexicata evolve into a more advanced client engagement platform called Clio Grow, launching in early 2019.
With the launch of Clio Grow, Clio will now offer practice management, client intake, and CRM solutions that work together at a level yet to be seen in any legal software.
To learn more about Clio Grow, register to attend their webinar on October 18, where they'll present a first look at the upcoming release, and let you know how you can get early access. (Can't make the date? Register anyway and they'll send you a recording.)
Volume Reimagines QuickBooks Online Training and Certification Experiences
Volume LTD, a Gartner-recognized technology-agnostic developer of AI-power platforms with Training and Testing-as-a-services, has announced that they are responsible for the reimagination and delivery of the new Intuit QuickBooks training and certification experience for QuickBooks ProAdvisors in the United States and United Kingdom.
Volume redesigned the training and certification experience using a workflow-based approach to deliver learning via realistic scenarios. Contextual learning helps accounting professionals better support their clients by reflecting the tasks a QuickBooks ProAdvisor regularly performs. Volume applied contemporary Instructional Design principles to provide a familiar and cohesive experience across the new courses.
"The new courses are designed to meet learning outcomes defined at a granular level," said Chris Freebairn, head of strategic learning and development at Volume. "This ensures the learner has clear visibility of what they will learn, and also provides a robust assessment and exam structure."
