Bills can be paid through ACH, check, QuickBooks check, or can be Marked as Paid. Circulus creates a detailed audit trail of all actions taken on each bill.

The Circulus Accountant Portal enables accountants to see all their clients in one place.

Because Circulus realizes that many people still use QuickBooks Desktop for their accounting, they offer integration via the QuickBooks Web-connector and provide a sync similar to that of QuickBooks Online, making use of 14 unique data points of integration.
