Technicians in the field can add, subtract or edit any service order prior to checkout. Of course, one of the best benefits of this technology is that it integrates with your Fishbowl Inventory, so every product and service associated with a service order integrates back into Fishbowl to keep inventory and receivables in balance.
The checkout process allows users to complete a service order by accepting payments, recording signatures, and sending the finalized documents straight to Fishbowl.
