Insightly is a great CRM for lead management, offering auto-assignment of leads, record deduplication and a feature that links lead relationships. Its motto is to reach customers at the right time with the right message, giving them a personalized experience meeting their requirements.
Insightly claims to be the No. 1 Gmail, G Suite and Outlook CRM on the market. It also professes to be the No. 1 CRM for small businesses running their business on QuickBooks.

Insightly has project management features focused on collaborating on your projects and organizing your relevant tasks. It also lets you automate complex business processes, generate tasks and synchronize external systems.
With Insightly, you can track your sales leads based on their relevance, and then send those leads to the appropriate sales representative(s) who can follow up and work toward converting them into customers. Insightly also allows you to transmit bulk emails to prospective customers while keeping track of every email—from sending to delivery to the number of opens and responses.

In addition, you can conduct your work from anywhere with Insightly’s Mobile Apps for Android or iOS. Update your projects in real-time with information regarding tasks and deliverables. Work with your opportunities in the field, and even migrate them to customers. Scan business cards to directly upload contact information into Insightly in a single click, and much more.
Insightly has done many things associated with their QuickBooks integration, but improvements are still needed. While you can import contacts, organizations and opportunities into Insightly from QuickBooks, their integration still has limitations.

You can even view your project records within Insightly from QBO, including related estimates, customer balances and payment history. But, while you can keep track of invoices and payments within Insightly, you must leave Insightly and go to QuickBooks to Invoice a customer or accept a Payment. And while you can create Quotes within Insightly, they do not link to a QuickBooks Estimate.
You will find Insightly CRM for QuickBooks featuring its integration within the Intuit QuickBooks App Center here.
To me, Insightly is an excellent way to furnish information to your team members who need to know what’s going on with a customer. It also can help see who may be responsible for managing specific contacts and customers, but who do not necessarily have the authority to finalize transactions.
So it seemingly is built on the segregation of duties philosophy.
While it would be preferable for sales to generate QuickBooks Estimates for Customers by linking them from Insightly Quotes, perhaps that will come along as the next generation of enhancements for this CRM integration.
