Apple has announced that some users of the iPhone 6 Plus maybe eligible for free replacements of the iSight Camera which is located on the back of the phone. This action arises from a large number of complaints that photos taken with the phone are blurry. The Company has set-up a webpage for the replacement program which allows iPhone users to check their specific phone for both the problem and replacement eligibility.
If your iPhone 6 Plus is in working order and exhibits the blurry photo symptoms you can plug-in the serial number for your phone to see if it is eligible for this program. To find the serial number tap Settings > General > About to see your device's serial number, IMEI/MEID, and ICCID. (Note: If you're using iOS 6 or later, you can tap and hold on the number to use the copy option, then paste this information into Apple registration or support forms.)
Since wireless carriers are NOT participating in this replacement program, you should take your phone back to the nearest Apple Store if your phone is eligible for replacement. Use this link to find the Apple Store nearest you.
