MineralTree, the Cambridge, MA. based accounts payable and payment automation solution provider has enhanced it's product line, expanded it's partner program and hired a Partner Development Manager.
Colin Toomey was brought on board recently as the Partner Development Manager. In this
role Toomey will be the point person for the partner channel for the company's accounts payable solution, which consists of traditional resellers and VARs, QuickBooks ProAdvisors and BPO providers.
We wrote about MineralTree's partner program in our Advisor Alliance column last year. Since we last wrote about the program, the company has added a partner portal with sales materials, access to tutorial videos and a new referral fee structure and has added new reseller margins. In addition to the partner program enhancements for accounts payable solution, the Spring 2016 Product enhancements include enhanced invoice approval workflows, automated invoice capture for QuickBooks users, streamlined navigation between applications and the company dropped the case sensitivity in the search function.
Enhanced Invoice Approval Workflows
- This enhancement helps ensure that the right people approve invoices at the right time via new multi-tiered approval rules.
- This enhancement also includes immediate notification when invoice approvals are rejected.
Automated Invoice Capture for QuickBooks
- This functionality allows invoice data associated with documents that are loaded into MineralTree to be automatically extracted and made available the next business day
Streamlined Navigtation Between Applications
- The enhance navigation allows users to switch between all of the applications (you have access to) through the settings menu, saving time, every time.
