The Neat Company, a recognized leader in expense tracking and bookkeeping automation solutions for small businesses, today announced the release of several new features which they’ll be unveiling at Scaling New Heights 2018. The new functionalities enable Neat-using accountants and bookkeepers to run their businesses and manage their clients more efficiently.
During Scaling New Heights, Neat will also officially launch its new Neat-Freak Partner Program designed specifically for accountants and bookkeepers who are using Neat to increase the speed and accuracy of bookkeeping tasks. The Neat-Freak Partner Program is a reseller-based Partner Program that offers a variety of benefits to accountants and bookkeepers, including a dedicated listing in the Neat accountant directory, one free lifetime instance of Neat, and unlimited ongoing support from Neat’s highly trained customer support team located at the company’s Philadelphia headquarters.
“We’ve been sponsoring Scaling New Heights for years and use this conference to gather valuable information from accountants and bookkeepers,” said Kevin Miller, CMO, The Neat Company. “As a pioneer in this space and with a hundred thousand small business customers, we combine market knowledge with customer insights to make Neat the best bookkeeping automation software in the market.”
Major updates to the Neat software platform include:
- Multi-Account Access, which enables accountants and bookkeepers to maintain and manage separate Neat accounts for each one of their clients. With the new accountant dashboard, accountants and bookkeepers can view all client accounts at once and immediately identify what is new or needs their review.
- Wholesale Billing, which is an enhanced partner portal that allows accountants and bookkeepers to manage client billing for Neat services directly from their existing Neat account.
- Advanced Document Management and Sharing Features, which enables customers to create and modify multiple folders to organize receipts, invoices, and other important information. Customers can share any document or folder with others, which facilitates easy interaction between accounting and bookkeeping firms and their clients.
- Easy Phone Scanning, which allows clients to scan receipts and invoices using their mobile device no matter where they are located.
“Our goal with these new features is to enable collaborative accounting,” said Miller. “Not only are there many ways to ingest documents, but both accountants and bookkeepers as well as their clients need to know that those documents will be organized and the data from them will be easily accessible for general reporting and at tax time. Facilitating collaboration with accounting firms and their clients makes it easy to get accounting tasks done quickly and accurately.”
Scaling New Heights attendees will be able to connect with members of the Neat team and see a demo of the new Neat product features at booth 36. Neat, along with co-sponsors Fujitsu, Finagraph, and Cloudrunner, is also the host of the Annual Conference Party at one of Atlanta’s premier party venues, The Tabernacle, on Monday June 18 from 7:00 – 11:00 pm for attendees of Scaling New Heights. At the 1980s themed party, guests can enjoy an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, a live band, and the chance to win raffle prizes. The grand prize is $2,000 worth of travel gift cards, including an American Airlines gift card.
“We are really excited about hosting the big bash at Scaling New Heights this year. Neat is all about showing our accountants and bookkeepers that we’re here to support them and to help them prosper,” said Miller. “We’ve listened to their feedback over the years, we’ve taken it to heart, and we’ve built the features that our customers need to run their businesses more effectively. We’re looking forward to sharing it with our customers next week.”
