Founded by Adriana Carrig in 2013, Little Words Project has rapidly expanded and now operates more than a dozen stores, sells direct-to-consumers online, and works with major retailers including Target, Nordstrom, and Urban Outfitters. To continue to scale its retail, eCommerce, and wholesale businesses, support its ongoing product expansion, and reduce its reliance on manual processes, Little Words Project needed to replace its disconnected business systems as they limited business visibility, created inefficiencies, and slowed down decision-making. After careful evaluation, Little Words Project selected NetSuite as its new enterprise resource planning system.
