QStock is an inventory management program that integrates with Intacct and QuickBooks to give you real-time inventory, warehouse and distribution management functions, has partnered with 2CP (2C Processor) a registered payment processor and provider of payment systems. 2CP supports E-commerce platforms like Magento, Drupal, nopCommerce and others. Combining QStock and 2CP provides a seamless approach potentially enabling order fulfillment within minutes from when the order is placed.
In describing the process the press release issued by Katie Stevenson of MSA Systems, the makers of QStock, reported...as the customer adds items into a cart on an e-commerce site by Magento, Drupal, or nopCommerce and continues to payment, 2CP takes control. Once payment is approved, 2CP’s application authorizes the card then automatically creates a customer and a sales order in the accounting system. Once the sales order is created QStock Inventory is able to see and allocate the order securing the inventory. The warehouse staff can then pick the order, and then ship the order from the handheld or through integrations with UPS/FedEx. After shipment, the sales order is converted to an invoice in the accounting system triggering 2CP to collect the final payment. The original authorization is found, the credit card is closed and the order is shipped.
At present the integration has only been announced for the QStock integration with Intacct accounting software. For more information see the QStock website.
