The introduction of QuickBooks Advanced brings a third QuickBooks product to Brazilian small and medium businesses. QuickBooks Advanced offers small and medium Brazilian businesses all the resources they need to manage their finances.
André Macedo, country manager of Intuit Brazil said, “We’re proud to bring this solution to Brazilian entrepreneurs. It fundamentally helps the SMB owners to implement best financial practices. This launch is the result of one full year of intense work and completes our product portfolio.”
QuickBooks Advanced allows users to synchronize their financial data automatically with Brazil’s top financial institutions. This feature is available for users who have accounts in Bradesco, Caixa Econômica, Santander, Itaú and Banco do Brasil.
QuickBooks Advanced was completely translated and localized for the Brazilian market, with custom-designed features specifically developed for the local market, such as boletos and NF-e. The product provides more than 60 reports to provide a full view of the business, as well as inventory management and invoicing.
In addition to QuickBooks Advanced, Intuit offers two products within Brazil, QuickBooks ZeroPaper and QuickBooks ZeroPaper Plus. QuickBooks ZeroPaper is an entry-point free solution, with features for basic control of bills and receivables, with limited transactions per month. QuickBooks ZeroPaper Plus has unlimited transactions, more detailed reports, issues NF-e and boletos and manages up to three accounts and three users separately.
