Sage recently completed the roll out of a new version of Sage ID – the digital identity of all Sage customers who use products and services across the Sage Business Cloud ecosystem, and migrated every product and several million Sage ID accounts to the new system, all completed invisibly to users.
Connected by Sage ID for individuals and organizations, Sage aims to provide a seamless, consistent, and tailored experience to members on its digital network. This makes it easier for businesses to engage with suppliers in real-time, speeding up processes such as invoicing, tracking cash flow, communication, talent onboarding, and connecting with prospects, customers, and suppliers.
In addition to updating look and feel, the new version of Sage ID modernizes account protection processes like account unlocking, authentication and verification, adds new global help files, and offers a common user account management page for self-service admin tasks.
