On Friday, September 26th, an issue started surfacing where users were reporting unrecoverable errors when Transaction Pro Importer was querying for customers. There is the possibility that other SDK applications could experience this same type of error since the problem seems to be SDK based (based upon Intuit's recommendation from the SDK Developer site) and not just related to Transaction Pro.
Transaction Pro contacted Intuit support who suggested is editing the qbsdklog.ini file.
For Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10 go to:
C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QuickBooks and edit the qbsdk.ini file.
For Windows XP and Vista go to:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Intuit\QuickBooks and edit the qbsdk.ini file.
Add/edit the following and note there is a new line at the end as well:
[Log]
Level=info
UnlimitedSize=N
[Parser]
DumpRequestData=N
SdkAccelerator=N
