Editor's Note: February's editorial focus is on Time-tracking. This is part of a series of articles covering almost 60 apps for QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop this month. Stay tuned!
Noko Time Tracking claims to be "friendly online time tracking." It says it will help you manage your time and see the big picture, including which days you have been working, how much, and on what.
In addition, Noko will tell you which time is billable and what your teammates and employees have been doing, using painless time tracking features and functions.
Noko says it is so fun and easy to use that your team will want to use it. It also says it has strived to make Noko super-efficient, so you don't waste your time or energy using it. For example, Noko only takes 10 seconds to create a time entry for an entirely new client or project (as shown below) without the need to pre-configure anything.
And Noko works with QuickBooks Online the way most accountants, bookkeepers and ProAdvisors would want a time-keeping program to work with QBO. You will continue to set the rates for time entries inside QBO and issue invoices for time worked or anything else you regularly do in QuickBooks Online just like always.
But you are going to keep your time in Noko and export time entries as time-activity data. That data gets associated with your QBO customers, employees and vendors, and you control when Noko entries are exported to QBO. You can review and edit Noko time entries before they ever get sent to QuickBooks Online.
Once exported to QBO, they are marked approved inside Noko and locked from further changes. For more information about the integration between QuickBooks Online and Noko Time Tracking, see its landing page at the Intuit QBO App Store.
Of course, Noko gives you the features you expect from a time tracker and many additional features you don't.
So, for a complete list of features and options, based upon the subscription plan you choose, visit the Noko Time Tracking website.
