TSheets by QuickBooks is one of the most popular time-keeping Apps among our Insightful Accountant Readers so we felt it was important to bring you this news about some of their Pricing and Billing adjustments.
Citing these uncertain times and the challenges that TSheets users may be having they have decided to postpone price changes they had announced prior to the COVID-19 crisis in order to allow their small business customers to better manage their cash flows during this time. TSheets will provide notice in advance of implementing changes at some future date. Any TSheets clients who previously received notice of the price increase will receive notification postponing such increase.
TSheets does intend to proceed with discontinuation of their annual pre-paid billing option once customers' current annual terms end. Those customers will be given 60-days notice of the end of their term and advised that their plan will roll over to a monthly billing plan as of their anniversary date. While those customers will migrate to the current monthly billing rate in effect, they will also receive a 20% discount on their entire monthly bill for their first 3 months of the new monthly billing plan.
