Big Time Software has announced Email notifications and invoice tracking are now available for BigTime IQ.
Email notifications are system-generated notices that turn a user's BigTime inbox into an internal communications hub, streamlining workflow processes. For managers, the inbox notifications serve as reminders to review and approve timesheets and expenses, sso as to simplify the review and approval processes. For users, the inbox notifications serve to keep users abreast of the status of their timesheets and expense reports. Users can also receive 'task assignments' (like the one shown below) via this new notification feature.

Notifications are not the only new change to Big Time, another new feature allows you to track the status of your BigTime related invoices by seeing when an invoice has been viewed. Both the date on which was sent as well as the number of times the invoice has been clicked on for viewing (receipt). Now you can stop wondering with this new last open date and click tracking feature.
