This month's QB Talks, scheduled for Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 2:00 PM Eastern time, will be a discussion between Murph and Charles Nagel, the founder and chief technology officer of Qvinci and moderated by Brad Adams. In this exchange, the power of Qvinci to overcome the limitations of QuickBooks will be described and demonstrated.
Qvinci is a global leader in financial reporting. Their patented software works with QuickBooks and other financial software to provide insightful reporting and game-changing analysis.
While QuickBooks offers a variety of reports that increase in number and complexity with each SKU offering, none of the current versions of QuickBooks comes close to many of the reporting features of Qvinci.
For example, while QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise can connect to multiple QBDT-Enterprise company files in a very clunky process to produce a very 'loose' version of multi-entity reporting using Excel, it can't connect to different accounting systems like Qvinci.
In fact, Intuit doesn't even offer a reporting tool that can connect with multiple company files from both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. On the other hand, Qvinci can pull a company file from QuickBooks Desktop company files and QuickBooks Online company files and then consolidate those files even if they have different 'charts of accounts.'

Qvinci's 'dynamic account mapping' turns variant account nomenclature into standard nomenclature for multi-company-file consolidation.
Qvinci's patented 'dynamic account mapping' technology maps dissimilar account names into a customizable Standard Chart of Accounts. Users in QuickBooks Desktop can use their preferred account nomenclature, while users in QuickBooks Online can use their native account nomenclature. When consolidated, all the data is mapped to the Standard Account nomenclature; however, it can be displayed using the 'standard' or 'native' nomenclatures at the "click of the mouse."
This is just one example of how "Qvinci provides more than QuickBooks offers." To see examples of the Qvinci "more than QuickBooks" reporting capabilities, attend Insightful Accountant's next QB Talks on February 19, 2025, at 2:00 PM Eastern time.
