Classes and Preferred Vendors for Products and Services
- With these new updates, classes can now be assigned to Product & Services items, a “Preferred Vendor” option has been added, frozen headers and more.
Merchant Payment Service Statements
- These payment statements show a monthly overview of the transactions and fees applied to a merchant’s payment account. QuickBooks Online will show up to two years of statements for all merchants inside the platform, and accountants will have access to see their clients’ monthly statements. These payment statements are now accessible in QBO for all U.S. merchants.
24-Hour Direct Deposit
- With 24-Hour Direct Deposit, small business customers can approve direct deposit by 5 p.m. PT and still make payday the next business day. The user just enters each employee’s details as normal – regardless if it is for an hourly or salaried employee – and the confirmation screen will display when the funds will be withdrawn from the employer’s bank account and deposited into the employee’s bank account.
Same Day Direct Deposit for Full Service Payroll Users
- The QuickBooks Payroll Full Service Payroll 'only' offering speeds up the time to pay even further. With Same Day Direct Deposit, small business customers can approve their direct deposit by 7 a.m. PT and run payroll the same day.
