Intuit will be offering the latest ProAdvisor training content for QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Online Advanced Certifications during a 'free' 2-day 'Virtual' Bootcamp. This event is being held December 5-6, 2018. Both days begin at 10:00 am Central Time. Ending times will vary based upon the day and instructional track selected by the participant.
This is a two track event. Track one provides QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification Exam preparation. Track two provides QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor Certification Exam preparation.
In addition to the instruction provided during the even, you will also be able to participate in virtual one-on-one chats with Intuit Product Specialists, live chats with Intuit Product Subject-matter Experts during your training sessions, connect with fellow ProAdvisors and trainers, earn CPE credits for attending webinar sessions, and more.

QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification Exam Preparation Track
This track is taught by Advanced Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisors. Learn how to work more efficiently and grow your practice while preparing for and taking the QuickBooks Online Certification exam. The exam is more than a test—passing it boosts confidence, establishes expertise, earns client trust, and helps you find new clients. Specific areas of instruction within this track include, but are not necessarily limited to:
- Proper set-up of QuickBooks Online for a new client, including customization of settings to meet the clients needs.
- Reconciliation of accounts including the posting of adjusting entries, where appropriate.
- Best practice workflows for clients, including closing the books for period- or year- end.
- Basic reports and report configuration.
- Supporting QuickBooks Online using QuickBooks Online Accountant including use of QBOA Accountant tools.
- Using the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

Learn from leading ProAdvisors and prepare for the QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification exam while networking with other accounting professionals. Areas of instruction include, but are not necessarily limited to:
- Advanced features including budgets, inventory and job-costing.
- Special transactions and workflows based on client requirements.
- Troubleshooting banking transactions and reconciliations.
- QuickBooks Online reporting logic and preparation of custom reports.
- Setting-up a new client from scratch in QuickBooks Online.
- Converting a client from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.
- Special situations and complex problem solving.
