QuickBooks Connect 2015 is about two and a half months away, so it is time to take a look at what is taking place in San Jose for you, the accounting professional. I am sure this year's
event will be another impressive showing with top notch main stage speakers like Brian Lee and Jessica Alba, Co-Founders of The Honest Company, Robert Herjavec of Shark Tank and Brad Smith, CEO, Intuit. I would be remiss if I did not mention the return of Sekou Andrews, Poetic Voice & Entrepreneur, who kicked off the event last year with his fun and inspiring opening "poetic monologue".
This is a BIG event for the entire Intuit Ecosystem, making it a big event for you, the accounting professional. I have not heard the full speaker line up for the entire event, but I can share with you the details on the track you care the most about, the accountant’s track, which is being developed in conjunction with Intuit and managed by Woodard Events, the producers of Scaling New Heights.
The sessions are split into 3 tracks with close to 40 taking place from Monday November 2 through Wednesday November 4. The tracks, Advisor Model, Cloud Technology and 21st Century Marketing are being taught by some of the leading names in the profession, including quite a few of the 2015 Insightful Accountant Top 100 ProAdvisors. If you are looking for 1 place to get some great training this fall, you should consider attending QuickBooks Connect.
