Ashton Kutcher
While he may be best known for his comedic roles on television and in movies Ashton Kutcher is also a 'big time' investor, entrepreneur and philanthropist. In fact, his ventures have earned him a place on TIME magazines list of “100 Most Influential People in the World.”
Kutcher has investments in over 60 compnies, the most prominent of which include Skupe, Foursquare, Airbnb, Path, Optimizely and Fab.com. In 2011, he co-founded the venture capital fund, A-Grade Investments, and invested in multiple tech companies including: Airbnb, Spotify, Uber, Flipboard, Oscar Health, Warby Parker, Nextdoor and Houzz.
In 2014, Mr. Kutcher co-founded another fund, Sound Ventures, which has since invested in Zenreach, Handy, Gusto, Acorns, Mark43 and more. Earlier this year Mr. Kutcher (along with several others) invested a 50% stake in Veldskoen shoes US business.
Beyond investing, Mr. Kutcher also co-founded Thorn: Digital Defenders of Children, an organization driving technological innovation to fight the sexual exploitation of children.
Juliet Aurora
Juliet is the founder of AIS Solutions & co-founder of Kninja Knetwork. Her personal mission is to Educate and Empower.
AIS Solutions was founded in 2000 and first operated out of Juliet's bedroom. AIS Solutions provides bookkeeping and accounting services committed to providing strategic direction and business development for their clients.
While cloud technology plays a big role in her business today, she and her partner actually recognized the opportunity to provide better service and support for their clients in 2010 before 'cloud' became popular so they launched AIS Cloud to expand their client base by providing remote cloud accounting and bookkeeping.
Then, after returning back home from QuickBooks Connect in 2014, Kninja Knetworks was formed to provide tools and resources to build the practices of bookkeepers. Today, Juliet's passion for education is channeled through the Intuit Trainer-Writer Network, along with hosting Kninja Webinars & most recently, developing a Cloud Accounting Course for the next generation.
Her efforts have not gone unnoticed, in 2017 her firm was named Intuit's Global Firm of the Future, & she has been named in the Top 50 Women in Accounting, Top 50 Cloud Accountants & one of the Top 10 Canadian Influencers in the Industry.
Geni Whitehouse, CPA
She’s been called the "comedian CPA." A self-proclaimed nerd, former technology executive and CPA firm partner, Geni Whitehouse has made it her mission to eliminate boring from the world of presentations.
Geni divides her time between working as a winery consultant at Brotemarkle, Davis & Co in the Napa Valley and writing, speaking, and tweeting at EvenANerd.com on the most nerdy subjects ever. She is a co-founder of Solve Services, which provides remote bookkeeping services to the wine industry. She is also the CMO of a recent tech startup, Mentor Plus.
She has been named a Top 100 Influencer by Accounting Today, one of 25 Thought Leaders in Accounting, and one of the 25 Most Powerful Women in Accounting by CPA Practice Advisor.
She is a member of the TEDxNapaValley organizing committee and was the first speaker at their first TEDx event in 2011. Geni is the author of “How to Make a Boring Subject Interesting : 52 ways even a nerd can be heard” which is available on Amazon.com.

QuickBooks Connect is being held at the San Jose (Ca) McEnery Convention Center on November 6, 7 and 8.
November 6 is this year's 'Accountant's Day' which is designed for accounting professionals
- Big news - there will be 'new' tracks available for the Accountant Day breakout sessions including non-profit, construction, e-commerce, retail, professional services, legal, advisory, pricing, apps mastery, and business growth.
- There will also be 101 level QuickBooks classes along with intermediate and advanced level classes followed by a Power Panel on each.
- Attendees can 'track true' in a single track, or can 'mix-n-match' track sessions as they desire.
