Qvinci automatically provides metrics giving you a single, dynamic view of each client’s financials, illustrating favorable (GREEN) or unfavorable (RED) trends across multiple periods and for 10 key business ratios.
The portal dynamically presents the clients' summary-movement data over time allowing you to see the favorable and unfavorable trending across the periods you select, and at the same time gives you access to the general ledger and journal entries from which the portal information was directly drawn. The portal provides a clear indication of a client’s financial status so you can easily determine if and when clients need more attention.
By looking at the metrics for just one client from the above example, you can see how easy it is to zero in on unfavorable (RED) or favorable (GREEN) areas like the ones shown in the circles below. If you click on those numbers, you're instantly provided with the in-depth data making up the numbers in the portal.
