Practice Management Tuesday (3 Session Series)
Jennifer Katrulya serves as instructor for these 3 sessions dealing with various Practice Management Issues.
CRM and Practice Management in the Client Accounting Services Practice (Session 1)
Successful implementation of the right Client Relationship Manager (CRM) and Practice Management technology solutions are critical for any growing firm. This session will take you through a series of question your firm should ask and things you should consider when researching, selecting, implementing and managing a CRM and Practice Management (or integrated) solution for your practice.
Marketing and Social Media for the Client Accounting Services Practice (Session 2)
This session will discuss how to build your prospect mailing and e-mail lists, how to use solutions like Constant Contact, Demandforce and social media to create marketing campaigns, and how to turn your website into a high-impact marketing platform. You will learn how to automate everything from new client welcome emails to appointment reminders, thank you messages and more. This session will put your use of marketing and social media tools and opportunities ‘on high gear’.
Legalities and Compliance for an Outsourced CFO Practice (Session 3)
Owning and running a client accounting service or technology consulting practice can be rewarding, but demanding. The focus tends to be on our practice and our clients, but for firms providing Outsourced CFO services clients expect much more than simply accounting and consulting, they expect an active involvement in ‘their business’.
This session covers the various topical consideration for outsourced CFO services including the engagement letter, risks and liability potential, non-compete, and non-complete clauses to name a few. You will leave this session with checklists you can use to review your firm’s current offerings to determine if you are positioned to not only meet client needs, but to protect your own interests as well.
