Preventing and Managing QuickBooks Data File Corruption
QuickBooks is a database subject to corruption and other data integrity issues. ProAdvisors should be as equipped to diagnose and resolve many of these problems. While Intuit’s Data Services Department provides repairs services, many times QuickBooks users experience significant wait-times.
In this session Matt Clark, will discuss reducing the risk of file corruption, and repair procedures. Topics include interpreting the F2 (Product Info) window, using QuickBooks tools for analysis and repair of data issues, and the common causes and fixes for an out-of-balance Balance Sheet.
Matt Clark holds a Bachelor of Arts from Austin College in business administration and a Master of Science in accounting from the University of North Texas. Having extensive experience in data import, Matt set out on a path of assimilating all the knowledge and tools he could obtain to work with QuickBooks databases. Matt’s vision evolved into his company, QB or not QB, whose mission is to provide cost effective and time saving solutions for QuickBooks data issues.
