Shas been providing operational support to small businesses since 1997, including development and implementation of support infrastructure for several start-up organizations. Her background includes accounting, financial reporting, payroll, benefits administration and office management. As an entrepreneur herself, Leslie has an in-depth understanding of the unique challenges faced by small businesses and start-ups. She holds an MBA from Boston University and a BA in English from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
