QuickBooks Desktop 2023 ProAdvisor Certifications have just been added to the QuickBooks Training Portal. Over the past week or so, Intuit has added both the QuickBooks Desktop 2023 (complete) ProAdvisor Certification course and exam to the training portal, as well as the "What's New in QuickBooks Desktop 2023 – Recertification" course and exam.
You will find the two self-paced courses at the top of the Desktop training library, which is at the bottom of the new ProAdvisor Training Library (highlighted in red in the illustration below).
Each of the courses are self-paced. The "What's New in QuickBooks Desktop 2023 – Recertification" course, which is only a single module, will take you approximately 1.5 hours to pace through and earn you 2 CPE Credits if you successfully complete it.
To find the related PDF guide, you must click on the Course Title, which expands the course description.
The full "QuickBooks Desktop 2023" certification course is comprised of 11 modules. The reported time to progress through the self-paced content is 19.5 hours, which will earn you 22 CPE credits upon successful completion. The last module encompasses the same content found in the "What's New" course.
Whether you plan on taking the full certification exam or you are eligible to take the recertification exam, each requires a score of 80% or higher to pass. Test-takers have only three (3) attempts to pass either examination.
By the way, for those of you planning on participating in the 2023 Top 100 ProAdvisor/ProAdvisor of the Year Awards Process, these new courses and certifications have already been incorporated into Insightful Accountant's totally new 2023 Application Form and Scoring Process (because "Murph is on the ball.")
