The Payroll Agent works with employees and admins to provide updates, insights, and payroll drafts—even on mobile. It proactively collects hours directly from employees of QuickBooks Online Payroll customers, spots anomalies and insights, and sends you a ready-to-approve payroll draft via text.
Coming soon: New Sales Tax Agent:7 The Sales Tax Agent helps you stay confident in your compliance by helping clients identify the correct sales tax for products and services, point out potential sales tax issues, and suggesting fixes before you file. Two in 5 small businesses (41%) say a key benefit of their tech is reducing errors, a crucial need for complex tasks like sales tax.
