There is a real buzz happening in the accounting industry right now with firms looking to enhance their services and connect more with their clients and each other. The rapid pace of small businesses adopting cloud technology is opening up opportunities for advisors to drive proactive conversations with their clients, helping them make more informed decisions.
To continue to help advisors and small businesses embrace the benefits of cloud accounting, Xero is partnering with PKF International (PKF) in a multi-year global agreement to welcome it as a Xero Global Partner. The move means Xero becomes the preferred cloud accounting solution for PKF’s member firms and its small- to medium-business clients.
Small business needs are changing, and many are expecting more tailored services from their advisor. The combination of data and insights from Xero, and highly skilled business advisors to turn those insights into actions, will enable PKF to offer a uniquely differentiated service to meet these changing needs and expectations of small businesses around the world.
The next step in the journey
PKF is a global network of accountancy firms with 220 members in 150 countries, who specialise in providing high quality audit, accounting, tax and business advisory services. This partnership builds upon many years of Xero working locally with PKF firms.
Xero and PKF are incredibly aligned organisations with a people-first approach to serving small businesses. For both organizations, it is not about the numbers; it is about the people. Both have similar values and that has enabled us to build strong relationships locally.
The next step in the partnership will be about unlocking the potential for what we can do together on a global level. Working with PKF at a global and local level will enable Xero to maximize its meaningful impact on small businesses across the globe.
Thanks to initiatives such as PKF Ignite in South Africa, the partnership has been a trailblazer for Xero in helping create a bespoke cloud accounting solution for PKF clients. Partnering at a global level will help to drive initiatives like this by providing a consistent and scalable experience across PKF member firms so they can drive high quality outcomes for their clients.
A global partnership to add value to member firms
Xero created the Xero Global Partner status to reflect the growing need from global firms to work together at this level to further enable their objectives. This status also allows it to formalize its support and service model for these firms. This way of partnering means Xero can integrate a global mindset with hyper-local engagement and support.
PKF member firms who participate will get access to a range of tailored partnership benefits that provide them with the best service and support from Xero.
