The Bonadio Group is strengthening its commitment to the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex when it joins forces with Howard LLP.

Based on increased client needs and the potential for growth in the robust regional business environment, The Bonadio Group opened its Dallas office in October 2018. Combining with Howard represents a continuation of The Bonadio Group’s ongoing growth strategy, which includes the expansion of both capabilities and footprint.
Howard LLP CEO Tim Pike will serve as The Bonadio Group’s Dallas Regional Managing Partner and a member of the firm’s board, effective Nov. 1. Pike, who joined Howard LLP in 2004, has served as CEO officer since 2021.
Jeff Wexler, the current Dallas Regional Managing Partner who helped open the Dallas office in 2018, has been integral to the success and expansion of the firm throughout the region. As he transitions the Regional Managing Partner role to Pike, he will refocus his efforts on business development and client service to support continued strategic growth in Texas.
Howard, which was founded in 1973, provides a depth of experience in tax and compliance services including business, individual, estate, and franchise tax planning. These focused tax capabilities complement The Bonadio Group’s comprehensive assurance and advisory and consulting services, providing clients with enhanced offerings, capabilities and expertise to help optimize business performance.
