The Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 is one of the UK’s foremost technology award programs, ranking companies by their year-on-year growth rate over the last four years. This year's awards have just recognized Receipt Bank the 7th Fastest-growing Tech Company in the UK.
The award comes at the end of a very exciting year for Receipt Bank, which saw them raising US$50 million in Series B funding, which amounts to one of the largest funding rounds for a UK business in the past year, thus and landing them a top 10 position in the Sunday Times’ Tech Track 100.
Receipt Bank Co-Founder Michael Wood, said, “It’s really exciting time to be a part of this journey. Accountants and bookkeepers all around the world are embracing the value that automated bookkeeping can provide for their practices and their clients, and our rate of growth reflects that.”
"We strive constantly to improve – improve our software as a reaction to partner feedback, improve our customer support, improve our relationships with our partners – and so it is deeply gratifying to see this effort reflected in our achievements. It is also a clear indicator that the pace of automation and innovation shows no sign of slowing as it helps businesses improve their efficiency and profitability."
I just returned from QuickBooks Connect where Receipt Bank had not only a considerable presence on the exhibitor floor, but a constant torrent of accountants, bookkeepers, business consultants and QuickBooks ProAdvisor at their booth.
Attendees were busy examining the various Receipt Bank offerings including their new '1 Tap' App that will soon be available in the U.S. It's clear that Receipt Bank is maximizing artificial intelligence and process automation to take the nightmare of mountains of receipts and turn them into a slip-stream of meaningful data.
