If being named to CPA Practice Advisor's "40 Under 40" awards wasn't enough, Caleb L. Jenkins, CQP, of RLJ Financial Services Inc. is the youngest account professional to ever receive the award.
Jenkins, the leader of Cloud Accounting at RLJ Financial, is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and QuickBooks Ecosystem Advisor. He also handles business taxes, individual taxes and accounting QuickBooks services. In addition to his accounting and tax work with RLJ, Jenkins also has worked with Christian Aid Ministries’ SALT microfinance program abroad to setup a specialized QuickBooks accounting system and continues to bring innovative technologies and ideas to help solve workflow problems and increase effectiveness for those in the field.
"This new honor further symbolizes the commitment I have to excellence and innovation within the accounting profession," Jenkins says. "I'm honored with the responsibility and privilege to take up the baton from the past generation. I look forward to working with brightest and best minds in the accounting profession to innovate and serve our clientele with excellence. One of my greatest delights is the opportunity to implement these innovative technologies and ideas in developing countries for those in material poverty through initiatives like the SALT program."
Jenkins' commitment to his work and clients is something that Randy Jenkins, RLJ's president & CEO, says bodes well for the future of the company and industry. "Caleb has an aptitude for learning and implementing new technologies that assist our clients' business operate more effectively. This is a real blessing to both our clients and our firm."
