The Bonaio Group has once again been included on INSIDE Public Accounting’s (IPA) annual Top 100 list, securing the No. 43 spot, up from No. 46 in 2022. Additionally, the firm has been recognized as a 2023 Best Workplace in Consulting & Professional Services by FORTUNE and a July 2023 Best Companies Group Inclusive Workplace.
As of April 2023, Great Place to Work reported a 91% employee satisfaction rate at the Bonadio Group, compared to a U.S. company average of 57%.
“For our firm to be honored by three top national organizations for our work, our culture, and our efforts to enhance DE&I initiatives is a testament to our continued commitment ‘To Be Greater,’” says Bruce Zicari, CEO of the Bonadio Group. “We owe these achievements to our People and their continued alignment to and upholding of our core values.”
While IPA 500 firms are ranked by US net revenues and the over 600 responses by accounting firms to its annual IPA’s Survey and Analysis of Firms, Great Place to Work selects its FORTUNE honorees by having employees respond to survey questions describing the extent to which their employer creates a Great Place to Work For All™.
The organization then analyzes employees’ experiences relative to each company’s size, workforce make up, and what is typical relative to their peers in the industry.
Similarly, Best Companies Group, in collaboration with COLOR Magazine, selects their Inclusive Workplace honorees based on each company’s demonstration of significant commitment to ensuring all employees feel included, heard, and valued. Recipients are determined based on data-driven benchmarks to promote inclusivity.
These national recognitions join a growing list of 2023 accolades for the firm, including being named in the inaugural class of 2023 Elevating Women award winners by the Rochester Business Journal for its commitment to supporting and empowering women in New York.
