2020 Top 100 Sponsor Logo
The closing deadline for our nomination process is counting down... each year I receive emails and telephone calls after the close of our nominations from ProAdvisors who either failed to get their nomination completed by the deadline or who were counting on someone else to nominate them, and all I can say is, "well, there is always next year." Nominations are currently being accepted for this year's ProAdvisor of the Year, the Top 100 ProAdvisors and the related ProAdvisor Categorical Awards through January 15, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. As a result of changes made to this year's awards program (now referred to as the 'Domestic', meaning 'sponsoring country' Awards) are limited to ProAdvisor participants in the United States & Canada. ProAdvisors may nominate themselves or someone else during the open nomination period. CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT NOMINATION(S). The Awards Ceremony for this round of awards will take place during Scaling New Heights Conference in St. Louis, June 21-24, 2020.
At this point let me one again clarify what's going on for our 'international ProAdvisors' who have participated in past years because we have not forgotten you. Insightful Accountant has chosen to separate and significantly expand recognition of International ProAdvisors (covering all aspects of the globe outside the U.S. & Canada) for 2020. Instead of recognizing only ten international ProAdvisors from outside the U.S. (as in past years) as part of a single awards program, we will recognize fifty international ProAdvisors in these new awards. We will begin this entirely new program with a round of international nominations when our US/Canadian Program concludes at Scaling New Heights in St. Louis. For more details on our International ProAdvisor recognition changes see our article titled, Insightful Accountant Announces New International ProAdvisor Awards Program.
Back on the subject of our current nomination period... it's nice to believe that 'someone else' thought enough to nominate you for one of these awards, but the reality is that people get busy, they have lives too, they say one thing and do another, and they also simply forget. I also get emails and telephone calls from another group of ProAdvisors each year who tell me they were supposed to nominate 'so-n-so' and they simply forgot to do it, and they are pleading if there is some way that they could submit a nomination late..."sorry Charlie, all the good intentions are not going to change the situation (or the rules)."
There are two key things to remember concerning these awards:
1) You cannot 'win' one of these awards if you don't start the process via a completed nomination... and,
2) There is only person on the planet you can count-on to actually complete that nomination, that person is YOU!
If you are a QuickBooks ProAdvisor within the United States or Canada, please don't get left out of this year's Award's consideration process because the January 15 deadline passed you by, or someone forgot to nominate you: CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT NOMINATION(S).
